Paper cutting is a traditional and easy scrapbooking idea and solution that you can use on your projects. This technique involves folding the paper, and then cutting it into a single design with the sections still attached at the folds. Once the paper is unfolded, it reveals repeated motifs that will be joined together. This is the technique we used to use as children when we would cut out paper chains of people holding hands.
