Scrapbooking - Recreation Or For Sanity?

Though most look at scrapbooking as a hobby or recreational activity there are others that believe it is their saving grace. For those moms, grandmas, dads and other caregivers it can be their way to show expression while creating a precious reminder of their families' good times. For those that view scrapbooking as a time out or few needed minutes of rest from the daily grind, creating photo books is much more than a hobby. In fact, there are many that look forward to their weekly meetings or swaps and find salvation that they have their "fix" at the end of the week!
